Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of the article by Flemming et al, the participant should be able to:
• Recognize the importance of understanding the natural history of intracerebral cavernous malformations (ICMs) in regard to accurate counseling and treatment recommendations
• List the risk factors found in this study for prospective hemorrhage in patients diagnosed with ICMs
• Discuss the findings from this study regarding time since initial ICM hemorrhage and subsequent hemorrhage rate
