Upon completion of the article by Taams et al, the participant should be able to:
- Identify features of the peripheral neurologic examination which showed relatively stable function over time among patients without polyneuropathy at baseline in this study
- State the proportion of patients over 80 years of age without polyneuropathy who were found to have absent Achilles tendon reflexes in this study
- Describe how sural sensory nerve action potential characteristics changed over time among patients without polyneuropathy in this study
