LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of the article by Hishikawa et al, the participant should be able to:
- Recognize that understanding the natural history of unruptured cerebral aneurysms (UCAs) is important to determine optimal UCA management plans
- Recognize that the number of elderly patients with UCAs is increasing
- Discuss the findings from this study with regard to risk factors for rupture of UCAs in elderly Japanese patients aged 70 years or older
