LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of the article by Germans et al, the participant should be able to:
- Recognize that some patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) have normal vascular imaging of the brain
- Recognize that spinal lesions are a potential etiology of nonaneurysmal, nonperimesencephalic SAH
- Discuss the findings from this study with regard to the yield of spinal imaging in nonaneurysmal, nonperimesencephalic SAH
